Personal Loan Program To Support Permanent Mandir Land Purchase

May the Blessings of Sai Baba be showered on to you and your family. As you may know, we are nearing the Mandir’s Land Escrow Date on September 30th. Thank you for your incredible support so far in making generous pledges and donations towards this divine initiative.

We are currently near the halfway mark in financial commitments from devotees towards our goal. We are thrilled to report that we are at $1.1 Million USD, of which more than $0.6 Million in donations have already been received. We are working with a financial institution to raise the remaining necessary funds. 

To help us close the remaining gap, we are establishing a new devotee-supported loan program for raising funds. This program allows devotees to help fund the purchase of the land and help the Temple in reducing the loan interest expenses.

How the program works:

Under this program, the Temple will have a loan agreement with the devotees. The devotee loans the temple an amount at an agreed upon interest rate and a period of time. The loan principal is paid off by the temple over the agreed upon time frame and the interest on the loan is considered a donation to the temple.

The minimum loan amount for this agreement is $10,000 USD and the temple would repay the loan as per the agreement with the devotees. Any interest accrued on this loan amount will be considered a donation and a donation receipt will be provided to the devotee on an annual basis.

Illustrative Example:

A loan of 10,000 USD would have savings of approximately $3,900 USD over a 10-year period (at 7% interest).
